I began running this Chronicle in August of 1993, and it was played until June of 1995. Set in Washington, D.C., the game opened in October of 1997, with the city boiling with unrest due to dissatisfaction with Prince Magnus's rule.

During the Chronicle, the characters experienced altercations with the dreaded Sabbat, encounters with other supernatural beings, the rise of a new Prince, Francesca da San Germano, and, finally, the beginnings of a new understanding between the various supernatural races of the city.
