Winds of Change was a Chronicle for Werewolf: The Apocalypse that ran during the summer and autumn of 2001. Set at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. in the early decades of the twenty-first century, it followed the adventures of Gaia's Open Hand, a pack of young Garou who have dedicated themselves to establishing better relationships between the Garou Concordiat and the other Bête.
